The C-12 is the military designation of the IRJ-50 civilian regional jet used by the Armed Forces of the Imperial Republic of Drahen. The military version of the IRJ-50 is equipped with more powerful turbofans that provide 20% more thrust than the civilian version.

The C-12 is also used in a AWACS, Electronic Warfare, Reconnaissance, Transport and Naval Patrol variants in Air and Naval branches of the Armed Forces of the Imperial Republic of Drahen.

Design

Variants

C-12

The C-12 is the utility and VIP transport of the Drah military and does not contain any other upgrades outside of the military turbines. It can carry up to 44 soldiers, though is generally equipped for VIP transport.

E-12

The E-12 is an Airborne early warning and control aircraft with an AESA radar. The radar provides 300 degree coverage with a range of 450 km.

R-12

The R-12 is a remote sensing aircraft, employing a synthetic aperture radar, combination electro-optical and FLIR systems, along with a multi-spectral scanner. In addition, the R-12 possesses signal intelligence and C3I capabilities.

EW-12

The EW-12 is an electronic warfare aircraft that contains radar warning and jamming equipment and communications receiver and jamming system that will provide suppression and electronic attack capabilities to form a fully integrated electronic system with advanced countermeasures.

P-12

THe P-12 is the maritime patrol and ASW version of the C-12. It is smilitary to the R-12, though loses the C3I capability that the R-12 has. The P-12 has 4 underwing hardpoints that can be mounted with a variety of torpedoes and/or anti-ship missiles.
