Rozalin Kellia (born Dosa 13) is the current Paramount Leader of Baur, who assumed office on, the same day she was elected as Chairman of the Baur Republican Party by the Central Committee. She also serves as commander-in-chief of the Baurian armed forces by virtue of her position as President of the Republic Military Commission. She is youngest person and the first female to head the Party, State and Military of Baur.
A native of Glebri, Rozalin grew up as a consistent honor student, graduating as the top student of her class in the Roges School of Law. She topped the Baurian Bar Exams and the Baurian Civil Service Exams of XXXX. After three years of working as an associate of the Vitug and Navarro Law Firm, she entered government service as a legal consultant in the Department of Culture. A year later, she tried her hand at politics, running for the 5th Party Officership of the province of Glebri, with the accompanying post of Board Member in the provincial government. Rozalin lost by a 1% margin. Eventually, an opportunity opened up when the 4th Party Officer and Provincial Officer resigned on allegations of gross incompetence. She was then chosen by Party Secretary to fill in the vacated post.
Rozalin will soon rise to the top post of the Party in the province, when she was elected as the fourth consecutive female Party Secretary of Glebri, and with it, the governorship of the province. After serving just one term, she was named as a member of the powerful Central Commitee of the BRP, and was appointed as Minister of the Interior. For the next few years, she will remain as member of the highest policy-making authority of Baur. In XXXX, she was named as Second State Councilor by Paramount Leader XXXX, a sign that she was being groomed to succeed the latter.
Rozalin's term has saw Baur take a more aggressive role in international affairs, further cementing its position as a global power, as well as unveiling initiatives related to energy and natural resources.
