Sanctuary City is a city on the western coast of South Arius, along the Heart Bay. It is a very old city and was spared significant damage during the Great War. The city is not a part of any bloc, instead following the tenets of neutrality and pacifism.
It is an absolute monarchy under the pacifist and beloved Queen Rita. The city does not have an official gym, though is home to the Water-type Sanctuary City Gym.
