Template:Infobox noble house The House of Valerii is a Skathian royal house of Mestran origin, a branch of the Mestris Dynasty. Valerii Emperor's have ruled Drahen since the creation of the Imperial Republic.
The Royal Valeriis originated in 1304, when Velor Mestris, Royal Prince, and Arch-Duke of Drahsia, declared Drah independence from the Mestran Imperium and as a result declared a new house to separate him from the rest of the Mestran Royals. However, House Valerii became a cadet branch of House Mestris once again in 1317, with the restoration of Velor Mestris as Arch-Duke of Drahsia.
