Kaiser City is the most populous city in southern Arius and the linchpin of the South Arius Alliance. The city is very old and home to many historic buildings. Much of it has maintained its original architecture, leading to feeling like you've entered a different city as you move between districts. Modern architecture has come to dot the city as unsafe buildings are replaced.

The city is a monarchy and has historically been lead by the Kaiser dynasty. The Kaiser Gym is also controlled by the Kaiser family and specializes in Dragon pokémon. Unlike most cities, Kaiser City also has multiple secondary, subsidary gyms specializing in other Types. All Gyms contribute to the city's fighting power.
