Phoenix's Nest

The Phoenix's Nest, sometimes simply referred to as the Nest, is the official residence and principal workplace of the Paramount Leader of Baur, located at the heart of the capital district. It has been the residence of every Paramount Leader since Named Person in XXXX. While technically the residence of the Paramount Leader, the building has not been used for living by the Paramount Leader and his family since Another Person. Now, the Leader mainly uses the Chairman's House as her residence.
The term Phoenix's Nest is often used as a metonym for the Office of the Paramount Leader and for the entire administration and in general.
