Quintilus II was born at Telos General Hospital as the first child of then Emperor Quintilus I and Empress Leanna, and was educated at the Imperial Academy. From birth Quintilus II was the crown prince and began to undertake Imperial Duties in 1536 at the age of 16. In 1545 he married Septinia Gregoras, and has three children: Constantianus, Armentaria, Viviana.
Quintilus II came to the throne at the height of Drahen Pan-Nationalism and helped to guide the nation though the Green Coup in 1588, and the post-recovery period after. He is seen as a strong proponent of democracy and and initiated several Imperial programs to help develop democratic reforms throughout the nation.
