Ealgren, officially the Dominion of Ealgren, is an overseas dominion of the Kingdom of Arrenland. Its name comes from the Arrene term ealgrene, meaning "all green", a reference to the island's lush flora.
It was discovered by Arrene explorers in #YEAR who were travelling south in search of new lands for trade. After it was colonized in #YEAR, it gradually turned into a prosperous sugar colony and many plantations were built across the island. It was the crown jewel of the Arrenlander colonial empire, producing more revenue from trade and taxes than any other colony. Today, it remains the center of Arrenland's sugar growing industry.
