Viktor Kratek is a brilliant strategist and effective Pythian military leader. He was born in Angelos, serving in the Pythian Armed Forces for much of his life. He rose to sit upon the Triumvirate as Imperator until his eventual rise to power as Lord Commander in the year 1572.
