Étienne D'Ussel (born Zechyr 1, 1496) is an Eskkyan politician who served as the country's Elector from 1565 to 1570 and Premier from 1545 to 1550. D'Ussel obtained degrees in both history and politics from the College of Christopher De Montreal, an elite college of the Rambouillet-based Republican University. The son of Jean-Claude D'Ussel, a former government minister, Étienne became actively involved with the Democratic Alliance by the age of sixteen.

D'Ussel suffered from a head injury after falling down a spiral staircase in the Crystan Palace in 1568, resulting in the statesman having to take a seven months leave of absence. When it became evident that he would likely struggle to win a mandate from the party to run for a second term, he decided against running for the post. D'Ussel refused to endorse fellow AD candidate Honorine Peltier, citing her controversial views on immigration which D'Ussel believed would tarnish the party's image.
