Teresa City is a major city along the northwestern coast of South Arius. It recently joined Kaiser City and Little Rock City in the South Arius Alliance and is participating in the construction of the West South Arius Railroad.
The city is home to the Teresa City Gym, which specializes in Psychic Pokémon. Both the Gym and the city are controlled by the Teresa Family, which has unchecked powers over the city and its population.
