Ki'Tal

The City of Ki'Tal is a metropolitan city and the capital of So'Karsa. The city sits along the Kazemuran Sea and has been reconstructed since its initial destruction nearly 500 years ago. This massive city is divided up into several districts, each focusing on the needs of one of the specific castes, or of one of the Nine Clans of So'Karsa.
