The M62 Sentinya, or Sentinya IFV, is an Holy Lanlanian infantry fighting vehicle developed by Ayvers Defense Industries in the late 1550s. It Lanlania's newest vehicle, and the basis of the Sentinya Fighting Vehicle family.
The vehicle is designed for maneuverability and keeping up with the M50 Kasjare. It's primary functions include reconnaissance and mechanized infantry warfare: transporting infantry to the battlefield and providing both protection and firepower.

Design
Armament
The M62 can be outfitted with either 30 mm CE62 Template:ETC chain gun, or the 20 mm GE48 gatling gun, both with the primary purpose of engaging other light armored fighting vehicles.
It is armed with 6 VP4 Hilvalt anti-tank missiles to engage heavily armored targets and an 8.4 mm ME164 on the ARROWS to engage infantry and aerial targets.
All three systems can be controlled from one central fire control system, which is capable of tracking and engaging several targets simultaneously. The system can be networked with other friendly vehicles (both land and air) to improve force combat efficiency.
Protection
The Sentinya is equipped with the DUPS protection system to defend against rockets and missiles. It is also equipped with two six-barreled smoke grenade launchers for smoke screen creation. Like the M50's system, this smoke screen is capable of blocking both thermal and infrared targeting systems.
Additionally, the vehicle is protected against nuclear, biological, and chemical agents.
Mobility
The M62 was designed for the fields of Brigidna, and is one of the fastest IFVs in the world. The vehicle is capable of fording waters up to a meter high.

The original model. It is currently also the latest.
M62C Sentinya Kammad
A command and control model that entered service in 1564. It's primary used to better orchestrate local drones, though can also be equipped to facilitate mobile battle command and control. The primary weapon has been replaced with a better communications suite, leaving it with only the secondary weapons.
M62E Sentinya Injinya
A model designed to carry engineers and their standard battlefield equipment. The missiles have been removed.
M62M Sentinya Lärkya
The medic variant, designed to provide better battlefield medical services. It is the only unarmed model.
