The Platarus Class of guided-missile Cruisers is a class of warships ordered and authorized by the Drah Navy, with the IDN Platarus, the first of it's class, commissioned in 1572.
The Platarus Class are multi-role warships, with their VLS cells able to launch a variety of munitions, from cruise missiles to anti-aircraft missiles. The ship has two multi-role helicopters capable of performing antisubmarine missions and are designed to participate in cooperation with the Ferrous Class destroyer,
